Comfort Inn Hotel

This is our biggest project to date. The existing hotel had 2 floors with 36 rooms, and we expanded it by adding 4 more stories and 52 additional rooms.
The project involves complex framing and engineering, and includes a small restaurant space and a swimming pool. All the existing rooms are also being renovated to bring them up to modern standards.
Construction is ongoing, with the project projected to be completed by Spring 2026.
BEARS DEN RESTAURANT

Bears Den, located in Hotel Penticton, which is one of the most popular breakfast spots in Penticton, and we had the pleasure of giving it a complete renovation in less than two months.
The project included updates to both the front and back of the house, installing new equipment, refrigeration, bar setup, and mechanical systems. The restaurant has now reopened its doors and is fully operational, ready to welcome its loyal customers with a fresh new look.

It was a challenging but rewarding project where we built a franchise restaurant from the ground up. The restaurant is now open & operating.
The build-out was complex, with many elements to coordinate, but we successfully met all the requirements set by the company, delivering a fully functional, high-quality space ready for business.
We had the privilege of renovating a 97-year-old building in Oliver, transforming it into the King Hotel & Pub. The project includes 10 hotel rooms, hallways, bathrooms, and a pub/restaurant on site.
Our team handled both interior and exterior design, making thoughtful cosmetic updates while preserving the building’s historic charm. Thanks to our work, the client was able to start their business just three months after taking possession.
We are proud to have played a part in keeping the history of this iconic building alive while bringing it into the modern era.

We transformed a run-down commercial property in Okana Falls into a modern, ready-to-lease retail space. The property, which previously housed a bong shop, an old diner, and a large garage, now offers a clean, functional space ideal for businesses.
